Dr. V. Parthsarathy

Dr. V. Parthsarathy, MBBS, MS, FICS, is a highly experienced General Surgeon with over 45+ years of dedicated service. He has been associated with Voluntary Health Services (VHS) since 1980, where he began as a full-time Medical Officer and later served as Head of the Department of General Surgery from 2009 to 2016. Following his retirement, he continues to contribute as an honorary consultant at VHS. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Parthsarathy has been actively involved in medical education, serving as Professor and Head of the Department for Ragas Dental College since 2005, mentoring and guiding dental students. Fluent in Tamil and English, he is respected for his surgical expertise, commitment to patient care, and passion for teaching.
